Baking Pan Cleaning

NLB was recently approached by a customer in the baking industry with a need to clean the baking pans used in production of their products. These pans accumulate carbon build-up from mold release agents oxidizing in the ovens. In this particular application, there was a 3/8 inch thickness of carbon build-up on the pans.
