Pile Cleaning - 1

A Contractor was required to install corrosion-resistant fiberglass jackets on the steel piles of a pier in Baltimore. The job called for removing all the corrosion and marine growth from the piles to a distance of 1Metre (4ft) above and below the mean tide level, since this is where most of the corrosion occurs.
